Creative strategy

A roadmap that aligns your communication channels to your business’ vision. The goal of a strategy piece is to establish a consistent, long-term relationship with your audience that gives them the right idea who you are as a business. We do this by tackling your websites, apps, printed media, online and offline campaigns, content and visual identity holistically. This is a great tool to think outside the box — and surprise and delight your customers.

A creative strategy can be a high-level and long term reference, it can be something more tailored for you. You can use creative strategy ad-hoc, for a product launch for example, or on an ongoing basis by outsource all of your business’ creative needs to us. Once we get this right, we can then also start executing each of the points in your plan.

Digital products

Muk has worked with some of UK’s biggest digital teams to create outstanding user experiences. We love using agile and user-centred design methodologies. Our years of experience in the industry have given us a strong expertise in digital products that are relevant now. We offer user interface and user experience design, as well as design consultancy that can transform your organisation into the next level.

If you don’t have a digital team, and need a beautiful, effective and timeless website — or app — we’re happy to help. We work with you closely to understand your needs and your customers’ desires in order to design the right digital product for you. We then walk you through your options for bringing your website into life.

Art direction

Art direction is about creating ideas and communicating them effectively to inspire and guide your creatives. Muk has gained the right blend of skills as art directors and image makers. We have an eye for cultural and visual trends, and always look beyond our industry to learn from. Our job is to make sure that the artistic vision is consistent, relevant and meets your business’ needs. We lead complex projects, like experiences, photo shoots and editorial pieces, while collaborating and co-working with individuals every step of the way.

We also have the right eye to recognise the talent and know how to get the best out of them.
