We aim to dispatch products that are in stock within 3 working days of order. For made-to-order and out-of stock products, we’ll make every effort to dispatch within 14 days from order.

We use Royal Mail for shipping and use their standard rates as postage costs.

  • £7.50 for Next Day Delivery
  • £5.00 for International Standard Deliver
  • £8.50 for International Tracked Delivery

For orders outside of the EU, Customs Duty and Taxes incurred will be payable by the customer.




Prices on our website include a VAT rate of 20%. All prices are charged in Great British Pounds. We reserve the right to change our prices without any prior notice.

If you want to make changes or cancellations to your order, please email us at no later than 48 hours of the order.

Please make sure to inspect the products immediately upon receiving. If the products are damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at within 5 days of receipt, attaching an image of the faulty product, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange without any further cost. Returns will not be accepted if they are not returned to us within 21 days after you have informed us of the damage or defect. Please note that we'll only be able to provide you with a refund or replacement after you've returned the faulty goods to us.

While we make sure that you are more than happy with your purchase, for any unused and unopened goods that you are not happy with, you're welcome to send it back to us with the original packaging within 14 days and we will offer you a refund or an exchange that's the equivalent to the price of the amount paid. All refunds are limited to the cost of goods and the shipping costs are non-refundable.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. We're not responsible for any returned goods that got lost or damaged in transit.
